The newest Honkai Impact 3rd animated short is CRAZY GOOD, guys. This is what the Chinese animation industry is capable of when they put full effort and funding into something.

Aren't these honkai animations usually animated by a japanese studio? Pretty sure that Wonderium company is japanese.

Not a fan of 3D animated style usually, but this one is quite amusing to watch and looks goodish . More light hearted entertainment for sure.

Also does anybody know what dialect they speak or slang, sounds like mandarin but MC got kinda funny sounding stuff inbetween.
This show was apparently animated with UE4, so that's kinda cool.

These cutesy anime that have colored hair and huge colored round eyes and really pointy noses (traits that Asians do not have) are not soft power for Asians. If anything this is white worship. You need to have people who look fully East Asian that are desired by the opposite sex and envied by the same sex eg women want to have him, men want to be him. This especially applies to Asian men who keep getting really awful representation with the likes of androgynous girly men like Lu Han domestically and micropenis manlet Ken Jeong, and super nerd, Jimmy O Yang internationally thanks to non stop Western media attacks.

Lu Han's stats.

Height: 178cm
Weight: 53kg.

5"8 and 117 lbs...

This girly man would be bullied to tears if he lived in the west with that effeminate body.

he is below even the lowest end for male bmi at his height

There is some level of collaboration with that Japanese studio, but I'm quite certain it's primarily animated by Chinese and Mihoyo's domestic studio, Mihoyo Anime. I mean, if you look in the credits, the vast majority of the names are Chinese with the occasional Japanese one thrown in there.

On another relative note, a lot of japanese anime studios hire Chinese animators. I'm pretty sure there are more Chinese animators in the business now than japanese.

I think martial sports must be a mandatory subject in China's curriculum. All boys must learn Mongol horseback archery.
