China's first Open Air test bench for large aero-engines exhibited for the first time.
this is a national-level open-air special test and verification center for engines, which has the test and verification capabilities of engine benchmark performance, noise measurement, crosswind, ice swallowing, water swallowing, bird swallowing, damage, etc., filling the gaps in many open-air test capabilities in China's aero-engine field.
This is in Liaoning province. and this is for Large High bypass turbofan engines. The test bench can accommodate a max thrust of 45 tons.
