The site itself is reliable for the D-30 without question, but how reliable it is in terms of "confirming" an unlicenced clone/development of their own engine is already in service, is another story. Even more so terms like "mounted" on can be read as anything from being tested once, still in test up to equips all current production aircraft.

nothing specific they mentioned.. this has to be the overall report of China's progress towards cutting edge technology.. 2024 is significant as AECC gearing up for high bypass turbofan engines like WS-20 and CJ-2000 ..
