I think WS-10B is probably at 14t in wet thrust and WS-10C is 14.5 to 15t in wet thrust. The most recent WS-10D is probably also in the 14 to 14.5t range. Putting them higher than that would require quite the technology advancement given how long it took to go from 12.5t to 14t. For J-20, 2 WS-10C producing 29 to 30t in power with afterburners is probably enough for air dominance around China. I think more importantly, how they can continue to improve the reliability, fuel burn and dry thrust of WS-10 series would be the area to follow.
