Let them go elsewhere, but make sure the wealth remains in China. That is the wealth made off the Chinese people and therefore should remain in China but still under their name. No confiscation but money locked up in China.

well, for current nominal GDP we can get a pretty close proxy for a real time tracker, depends on how current and how nominal you want.
China's GDP in the past four quarters (Q3,2020-Q2,2021) is roughly 109 trillions yuan, at 6.5 to the dollar, you'll get 16.77 trillions
