Panasonic is also a Japanese brand renown for quality and durability, I use to buy nothing but Panasonic products and they run forever. You throw them out not because they had failed but because it has got obsolete. TCL being chosen by them to be their OEM manufacturer is a big tick on it’s manufacturing quality control.

@BlackWindMnt bro I resign myself that Huawei will closed it maybe next year when their limited supply of 5nm chips run out and I think they would stop production instead of doing cosmetic changes that may damage its reputation. Its been a great journey, I'm a Huawei user myself and is happy with my P30 PRO, the upside of this all with the pandemic and economic situation, I can wait until 2023 to replaced it.
Hisense and Gree is another up and coming Chinese brand with a good reputation. Gree is a OEM for Daikin in China.
