Wonder if those ladies expose themselves under the sun with that mask on for long period, would it left dark shadow on their eyes, nose and mouth while other area are still white?

Yes. Use with caution. But even if you don't want a tan, you still need some sunlight exposure for health reasons. You need the Vit D it creates.
