The Chinese has tradition of "using tea instead of wine". Hopefully, that's not some alcohol. Consider the traditional dresses of those ladies, that might be milk-tea.

We visited an aquarium similar to the one pictured in the Mall of America a couple of years ago. It was fantastic! Well worth the cost!
