Property sales agents attend the roadshow of a residential property development by major developer Sun Hung Kai Properties in Hong Kong February 27, 2013. Hong Kong government last week announced a new round of property moves including higher stamp duties and home loan curbs to ease some of the world's most expensive home prices. Asian economies are battling against rising inflation partly caused by hot money flows from loose monetary policies at home and abroad, with governments raising stamp duties and tightening lending in response to the threat of a property bubble. Looks like he's backpacking across the countryside for so long and got lost or something. I hope everything works out for him and his family.

There are many backpacking tourist in Asia, especially in Cambodia. Some stay long and take all kind of possible jobs that may earn them a living. The most popular job for them is teaching English. Many also marry Cambodian girl (Brat has one friend who also marries a Cambodian girl, right?). To the guy in that photo, his baby look mixed-blood to me. There are beggars everywhere in Cambodia but to see a westerner begging is a real strange scene!

Some suggests that that guy marries a local girl and was cheated by his wife that takes all his money. So he has nothing left but to beg for food for himself and the baby. However, he doesn't look that pitiful. He still looks clean and strong, and the baby also look to have enough food. Maybe he just want to try what a western beggar in an Asian country taste like. Just my opinion.
