Re: Chinese Daily Photos, Videos & News of 2013!!!

The photo was first posted by some NGO in Cambodia raising people's concern to help the poor. I don't know if the photo is genius or acting. However, to me, it looks so real that I doubt the two little boys can act.

One of the young men from my last church is a missionary to Cambodia, and married a Cambodian girl, they have a new baby and he is making his first trip back to the states next month since they were married. Another of my close friends is an African girl who was a street kid, who has now built an orphanage in Kenya, I assure you, that unfortunately there are are lonely hurting children that need our help. thanks Steel for reminding us that we are all human, I'm sure there are some fine men on Sino Defense that realise we can only do these things together. After expressing our sympathy to the poor boys, let's take a little easy time. Two boys playing catapult. Look, how serious the boys are!

Reminds me as a kid I made my own sling shot once. My cousin and I would team up with our friends in groups of teams of two and we would lob lighted firecrackers at each other hiding behind trees, cars (not the neighbors of course) and fences. No body got hurt of course because those Black Cats takes awhile to explode once it landed on your side everybody moves away from it.:p;)

Yes, we raised beef cattle on the farm in Tennessee, and later in central Obamastan, while I still have a slingshot in the closet, I loved dropping those black cats down in the hollow feed bunkers made out of concrete block. Made a solid "wumpf" sound like a mortar going off, but for even more excitement,,,,,, placing them carefully in the middle of a "cow pile" and standing back to watch the Kablamooo! Stuff everywhere, LOL AFB
Speaking of big firecrackers, on Okinawa when we lived in the Boondocks, the neighborhood bully named Larry, was a destructive kid, my Dad caught him with his oil can squirting it all over, really hacked the Bossman off, anyway Larry thought he was so smart, lit a firecracker and held it in his hand while it went off! I think that broke him of being the bully, non of us ever looked at Larry quite the same again, more like the neighborhood Stooopid! Brat
