Boy that brings back memories.Im betting its decidely different from what its like in my younger days.. Back then it was a sports tournament rotaing between Auckland Wellington Christchurch and Dunedin. with Basketball Netball and soccer being the sports played. and the only cultural aspect involved was challenging oneself as to how much alcohol one could consume at the evening socials and dances.. Yip it was a mas migration of the Chinese to the city who turn it was to hold the event.

It was also used as an oppurtunity to check out the opposite sex avaliable before facing the inevitable pressure of going back to Hong Kong Taiwan maybe Singapore , to be introduced to someone..as the potential wife.... arggghhhhh.

How fortunate its in Akld this year.Now Im off into town to see if i can find a nice young lady for my son catcha later.

LOL...what...you don't trust your son's good judgement to pick his own mate?:p If you're gonna do that, make sure at least she measures up (32-24-30).:p

Thanks I'll keep that in mind at tonights social.

No2 Sons current problem is slow horses, I hope he does'nt add "fast women to that";)

Who know's maybe the fast women will enable him to get his "horses" going. He's young, the best way to learn about life many unpredictable is through mistake and pain.:p
