Re: Chinese Daily Photos, Videos & News of 2012!!!

None..I'm married.. I suggest you fellows start a thread about Asian women or women in general. It's partially my fault because I like to post photos of attractive women..mostly to evoke a response from our members.

I don't want this thread derailed by chit chat about attractive women.

Thanks.

By wanting to invoke a response, you are actually inviting a bit of chit chat PE. So how about just a teeny weeny bit. pleeeeze pleeeze?

Im in agreement with Paintgun on this, the way you present the girls is much better than a dedicated thread.

Theres nothing better than a pretty face interspersed between those thought provoking photoes, of which some can be a little sad, to brighten up the moment.

Ages ago you posted a photo of a young woman dressed in the national costume of one of Chinese minority people.

She was naturally extremely attractive/beautiful IMO, one that really catches the eye and she wasnt wearing any of that make up and false eyelash stuff.

I often thought of looking for it again and reposting it to compare her natural beauty to these dolly girls. , but gosh it will take month ireckon and use up all my monthly gig allowance. My internet connection costs me $60 for 80 gigs I think.

OT

I use Telecom, currently the major provider of internet services.

the monthly gig usage is what one signs up for, 20 40 60 80being the maximum, and one is charged accordingly. After using the amount one has agreed to, one of two things can happen . The connection speed reverts back to the old dial up 56k modem speed or one pays a penalty rate at broadband speed for the over the limit usage.

Cynically they still refer to this as unlimited internet usage.

we use to have unlimited BB connection , but that was upon condition in using it in off peak times such as after midnight until eight or nine in the morning.

File photo of alleged smuggling kingpin Lai Changxing (Xinhua File Photo)

XIAMEN, Fujian, April 6 (Xinhua) -- Lai Changxing, the alleged kingpin of a notorious smuggling ring, went on trial Friday for smuggling and bribery at the Intermediate People's Court of Xiamen.

The charges against Lai were lodged in February by the People's Procuratorate of Xiamen.

Before today's trial, the intermediate court sent the indictment to Lai, also notifying his lawyer to meet with Lai and get access to all files relating to the case.

According to a court statement released Friday, all the litigation rights of Lai and his lawyer have been fully safeguarded.

Representatives for the prosecution and defense participated in the trial. Many citizens, officials and lawmakers, as well as some of Lai's family and friends, also attended the proceedings.

Lai, 53, the chief suspect in smuggling operations that dated back to the 1990s in Xiamen, a coastal city in southeast Fujian Province, fled to Canada about 13 years ago.

After he was repatriated to China on July 23, 2011, he was arrested and investigated for smuggling and bribery.
