key here is that this is for Guilin aerospace subsidiary and it's actually produced for A320,

Production line uses Industry 4.0

That's kind of the cool thing about have A320 assembled in China. If Chinese suppliers can produce good product, Airbus can add them in as suppliers. The A320 demand is bigger than C919 at the moment.

Airbus right now has 200+ major suppliers in mainland and the numbers are increasing. Airbus China CEO said, parts manufactured in China is as good as parts produced in Europe quality wise.
