recently, ground breaking ceremony of the 125,000 tons Muti-directional Forging Hydraulic Press intelligent production line project was held in Xian Aviation base. this project will build the largest hydraulic press in the world and will become another iconic equipment of China's industrial strength. this will accelerate the high quality of development of China's aviation , aerospace and nuclear power industries.
this equipment will be used in forge titanium alloy , high temperature alloys and ultra high strength steel for super large aircraft and Rocket parts with just one press.
total investment of this project is 2.7 billion RMB and a land area of 267 acres.. this project will be completed in December 2026.
This equipment has vertical nominal pressure of 110,000 tons and horizontal nominal pressure of 12,500 tons. it has multi-directional precision die forging capabilities and equipped with advanced control modes such as constant strain rate forging.
Note - China already has world largest and heaviest 80,000 tons hydraulic press forge equipment.
