I think China needs to have a rep there to make sure they are not covering up technical failure as pilot error. Or analyze it in China If that’s possible. How convenient that’s they found it was pilot intentions. Puts the pressure on to china and away from Boeing.

The rumors were pretty heavy on one of the pilots holding a grudge against the airline, and that initial Chinese report from April kind of said nothing but kind of also says everything. Maybe it isn't Boeing's problem this time, after all 737-800 has been doing this for a LONG time safely...... unlike the max..
You may be right. But I do hope the Chinese government has a group that entertains or at least looks into all possibilities just in case a conspiracy is true. reminds me of the movie world war Z where an Israeli intelligence officer says that they always have a10th max to look into impossible or improbable situations just to see if it was true. It’s a movie so take it with a grain of salt but I think it’s a good concept.

AC352 helicopter completes reliability test flight. On May 28, a AC352 helicopter took off from Jiansanjiang Wetland Airport for a long-distance test flight. After a distance of 616 kilometers, it landed safely at Harbin Municipal Pingfang Airport, marking the successful completion of the reliability test flight.
A new model of AG600 completed the maiden flight in Zhuhai on May 31.
This model has an "all new structure" and is designed specifically for fire fighting purpose.
The flight took 20 minutes by a crew of 4.
The airplane has the MTOW of 60T, max water payload of 12T, equipped with pressurized cabinet, fly-by-wire and integrated avionics system.
