Jiangxi Air takes delivery of first ARJ21

The carrier — a Xiamen Airlines joint venture — took delivery of the first aircraft, registered B-605V, on 19 January.

Jiangxi Air took delivery of its first Comac ARJ21.
It was delivered at Nanchang on the sidelines of the Nanchang Flight Conference.
It is the first of an initial batch of five ARJ21s that Jiangxi Air will be taking, says the Chinese airframer. The carrier intends to operate the regional jets out of its base of Nanchang, as well as other points such as Ganzhou and Jinggangshan, both of which are also in Jiangxi province.
Cirium fleets data shows the carrier has nine Boeing 737-800s in operation. Jiangxi Air is 60% owned by Xiamen Airlines.

Competition with Bombardier? wasn't there documentation that said they purchased the entire bombardier Q line and are now making their MA line? the MA IS the Q right?

We haven't seen AC-312 for a while but they will certify it this year now that WZ 16 is certified
