本报讯(记者 李昕葳) 12月28日,宽体客机复材机身攻关项目首件曲板试验件和《远程宽体客机复合材料结构设计与制造技术研究项目》大尺寸复合材料机身曲面加筋壁板试验件在北京交付。中国商飞公司副总经理史坚忠、中航工业总经理助理刘井宏、中俄宽体客机项目总经理马恒儒、中航工业基础院董事长孙侠生、中航工业民机工程部部长庞真、中航工业复材总经理谢富原、中航工业复材党委书记孟凡君等领导出席交付仪式。
谢富原汇报项目研制情况,中航工业复材承担中国商飞北研中心“远程宽体客机机身曲面壁板自动铺丝工艺及整体成形技术研究和复合材料结构验证试验件制造”和中国商飞上飞院“民机典型复材机身结构关键技术集成验证”等项目,项目隶属工信部民机科研项目,其主要内容是开展宽体客机复合材料机身曲面壁板的制造。
中航工业复材围绕民用飞机复合材料发展需求,建设了“自动铺带制造技术、纤维丝束铺放制造技术、长桁自动化制造技术、民机材料研发技术、民机无损检测技术”等适用于大型宽体客机研制的复合材料制造技术,在项目研究过程中,形成材料、工艺、设备、制造、检测过程的民机制造技术体系,为中国商飞宽体型号的试验件批产奠定技术基础。
谢富原表示,该机身壁板试验件是我国首次采用自动化工艺手段制造,具有开创性的意义,表明中航工业复材基本具备开展宽体机复合材料机身壁板的研制能力,为后续我国宽体机项目研制奠定了基础。
孙侠生表示,复材曲板试验件是中国民机的项目,“既是航空人,就知责任重”,中航工业复材的干部职工付出了巨大的辛勤和汗水。他强调,基础院是中航工业的基础院,也是中国商飞的基础院。气动、强度、材料、标准、计量等都是宽体客机研制的重要技术支撑,未来基础院将全力参与标准制定、适航接入、技术攻关等宽体客机项目的相关工作。同时,基础院各单位要在关键项目中体现航空人的精神,发挥自身价值。
Chinese Y-12F, Advanced Turboprop Aircraft Type Certified
The Y-12F, advanced turboprop aircraft developed by the Aviation Industries Corporation of China (AVIC) has been awarded type certification by the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC).
The aircraft can be used for various civil and military applications such as freight and passenger transportation, maritime surveillance, airdrops of personnel and goods, reconnaissance, geological prospecting and medical services, an AVIC statement said today.
Compared to its competing aircraft around the world, the Y-12F boasts advantages in payload, travel distance, speed and comprehensive effectiveness.
The aircraft’s advantages reside not only in having larger cabin volume and payload, higher speed, longer travel distance, strong single-engine capabilities and good high altitude adaptation, but also in its top performance in the ton kilometer/hour operation cost indicator, which is 1.5 to 2 times superior to its competitors, the statement claimed.
Why is it called China / Russia aircraft ? I thought it was Chinese only ?
Congrats to AVIC on getting CAAC certification for the Y-12F, next one is probably FAA or EU certification since the Y-12E is already certified by the FAA. She's a pretty bird.

Yes, C929 has been in the plans together with the C919, but whether it has anything to do with the wide body aircraft that the Chinese Russian joint venture is planning to build, is the question.Yes C919 but C929??
