Upgrade, including APS , is possible, however, you don’t call a upgraded 99A as 99B, it’s not how it works, the real 99B ,however, is 100% for sure , canceled, and again 100% for sure, there won’t be any new MBT before 4gen kicks in

It's still up for export. As for whether or not it is in service, there are the photos posted on the last page, and be mindful that the HJ-12 didn't get much public exposure until now, despite it being revealed earlier than the HJ-11.

The videos of its demonstration indicate that it is indeed wireless, likely laser-beam-riding like HJ-9.
As for HJ-73, there’s a cost for being cheap, if it’s so good , why would PLA want to retire it?
This thing is packed in a box before battle ,you have to install all four fins, put it on the rail and set the cable and control unit before actually launch it, respond time is horrible, and it takes a lot of training to manage 80% accuracy.
Another question, HJ-73 is super cheap and why it’s not as popular as HJ-8/TOW or Russian ATGMs in Middle East?
No, HJ-12 has been advertised heavily since 2014, and we haven’t seen HJ-11 for quite some time , definitely not in Zhuhai 2021 or WDS-2022
In PLA service HJ73 are mostly fitted to APC and IFV. Even the CTA cannon turret has HJ73 mounted. The latest version HJ73D use saclos guidance and has tandem warhead. I don't see the operation to be different to HJ8.

Zhuhai 2021 and WDS-2022 were small-scale exhibitions with a few select weapons systems on display. Additionally, the designation "Red Arrow" is reserved exclusively for ATGM systems that have been accepted into PLA service.
In addition, HJ-12 in service and HJ-12 for export are very very different, and all the HJ-11 images were released in a very short period of time, it was adopted much earlier than HJ-12, if anything, it was going to replace HJ-8s, but no image whatsoever since then
Accepted by PLA doesn’t necessarily mean PLA would purchase it, what about type-80 machine pistol?

There is simply not enough information. All we know is that at some point the HJ-11 was accepted into service, and whether or not it will be procured in significant numbers only time will tell.
