Not sure what you mean by datalink in air to surface missiles. But for specific variants of kd88 and yj83, they work in conjunction with datalink pods to provide man-in-the-loop capabilities. It’s technically called datalink and does transfer data between the aircraft and missile, but I’m not sure if this is what you’re talking about

By datalink I mean that the missile can receive instructions from the plane/ship for mid course correction after being fired. In the case of air to ground missile's this would be useful for hitting moving targets.

Then yes, I think the datalink pod thing I mentioned qualifies as that.

What's your estimate of munition class based on that blast size?

China is now actively developing the Tianlei-2/TL-2 (天雷二号) air-to-ground missile, which was first unveiled in model form in 2008 (?). It has recently completed a series of test firings, hitting all targets. It will now move on to the next (unspecified) stage of development. TL-2 is a light weight missile (sub-30kg) and can be launched from UAVs, helicopters, and ground based platforms.

Hmm seems like it is more accurate than I gave credit for. I think the original spec has an accuracy of +-10m?
