A KJ-500A being refueled by a YY-20. A very rare sight and the first I've seen.

Do the center hose/drogue have a higher fuel delivery rate than wing tips ones ? We see fighters on wingtips and bigger aircrafts on center one. Maybe it's just about turbulences too.

That is the case on older RAF tankers like VC10 and Tristar. Can't speak to the current RAF tankers or YY20 but I assume so. Flying boom also has a much higher transfer rate than hoses AFAIK.

I don't know.

For YY-20, I believe there were indicators that the central drogue has higher fuel transfer rate than the side drogues due to the greater power of the pump that can be installed in the main cargo bay.

I imagine in theory fighters and larger aircraft like KJ-500A can receive from the sides or center, but it makes more sense to have fighters on the side (allowing two to refuel at once) and the large aircraft on the center (if it was on the side they'd have lower transfer rate and won't allow the other side to refuel anyhow due to the receiving aircraft's wingspan)
