I think we decided to err on the side of caution because we could see no visible numbers on it.
We should also clear up the fact that the huge red flag does not preclude it from being in service. It may make it less likely that it is service, but the fact remains that there are still/also several in-service Y-20s with a huge PRC flag on the vertical stabiliser.
My impression, or the vertical stabilizer is diferent from one aircraft to another?

Fabulous. I believe that the number of active Y-20s passing the triple-digit count before the end of this year is very likely.
