if it had been the same 781 airframe, why would that be surprising? it is fairly common for aircraft manufacturers to retain a prototype or a pre-production aircraft that is relatively close to production configuration, and continue to use it as a development airframe for future changes and upgrades throughout the life of the aircraft.But wait ... is this now the re-engined very first prototype '781' or in fact the first Y-20B prototype '7810' with the "0" psed?
