He posted this pic in his weibo saying that it was "just for fun".
Well I think he's merely trying to demonstrate the various possible variants of the platform, and never meant to really combine all these into one.
Well, to draw each variant separately would be all that too time consuming, isn't it?

You guys can actually see that there's horses hidden in the clouds. And the Y20 seemed to be above the horses. in Chinese "above the horse" or "on the horses" share the same pronunciation as "immediately". So it's actually a nice pun that bears his best wishes to the Y20 that "May this bird succeed/enter service soon/immediately".
Also, the new year is the year of the Horse, so it's his own way of wishing the Y20 project
