Yes, they were using these loading platform loading cargo onto Y20, shown in images a few years ago. It can cut short the time using forklift for loading/unloading.A rarely photographed loading platform vehicle used to load heavy cargo onto transport planes. I recall seeing only two or three images of this thing before.
