Pretty sure a study paper on Y-20Bs with WS-20s did indicate the presence of thrust reversers.I think the more prominent aspect of that picture is that it's a relatively good quality image of the engines of a Y-20B in service colours.
I'm still waiting to see if the WS-20s on Y-20B have thrust reversers or not
