I think the more prominent aspect of that picture is that it's a relatively good quality image of the engines of a Y-20B in service colours.

I'm still waiting to see if the WS-20s on Y-20B have thrust reversers or not

Pretty sure a study paper on Y-20Bs with WS-20s did indicate the presence of thrust reversers.

I'm more interested in whether or not they moved on from clappered fan blades to wide chord ones.

Yes, I do recall that, but as always with engines I prefer to have the physical proof beyond reasonable doubt.
Seeing them in action, just a photo still of the engine with reversers engaged, would be demonstrative.

Papers do not necessarily tell us that the WS-20s on Y-20B themselves have thrust reversers, for all we know it was a study that was not implemented on the real production article.
