Didn't you see his rant on how feminism was a conspiracy by minority "mongrels" to destory the majority (i.e. Han)?
It is difficult to comprehend what the frustrated dude is saying but it could also mean foreigners which is more likely given that many people in China believe feminism groups are funded by CIA.

I don't see how the discussion of how an unfortunately growing voice in the Chinese public discourse perceives Taliban is derailing a thread on Chinese strategy in Afghanistan.
There's no such thing as a Han supermacist; transposing white supremacy/white culture/white cultural traits onto China is often a projection; it's a way for white western societies to sleep at night whilst perpetrating mass crimes against humanity.

It's apparent that given the natsec mil-industrial complex's reaction to the afghan pullout, and how much they're doing everything they can to delay and reverse the retreat from afghanistan, that this withdrawal is a deep and disastrous setback to the anglo project at containing China.
