The figure 60 something is from the other official sources. CASC itself actually only planned 50 something in the begining of 2023, here is Xinhua reported from CASC which I missed to include in#3,067.

If you read the other sources like from MOD and the blue book, they did NOT say it is CASC launching 60 something, but it is Chinese space industry as a whole.

In conclusion, the 60 figure is by all Chinese launching industry, CASC only planned 50 something which ends up at 48, a few less than planned instead of 16 (12 CZ-2Cs + 1 each of CZ-5B, 7A, 8 and 6C) less as the post I reponded to. Among the 16 only the CZ-6C is a confirmed miss.

Nothing in your post was mentioned except CZ-6C. The specially strange thing in your post is CZ-5B which is only meant to launch something of 25t to LEO. What kind of payload in this class is missing in 2023? Don't tell me it is the telescope, nobody promised anything of it.

According to the plan for 2023 (see above) there is to be more than 60 launches. The result is near 70 launches now. Where did you find the dozen of missing CZ-2Cs?


Did the rocket take bribe? Or the egineers or technicians removed? Try to keep politics out of this thread if you can not find a direct relationship.

It was said in the article:"To launch more than 10 CZ-2Cs annually in the 14th 5 year plan". Which means at least 33 CZ-2Cs by the end of 2023, They have launched 20 from 21 to 23.

The article said very clearly that the CZ-7A & CZ-5B would launch in 2023. May be not sure for CZ-8, but the very title of the article is "Which rocket will stand on the pad, Let's raise the curtain"
