The figure 60 something is from the other official sources. CASC itself actually only planned 50 something in the begining of 2023, here is Xinhua reported from CASC which I missed to include in#3,067.I think CASC plan don't include CAS/CASIC/ Private launch. So they plan for 60 launch but have launched 48

If you read the other sources like from MOD and the blue book, they did NOT say it is CASC launching 60 something, but it is Chinese space industry as a whole.
Quote from MOD: "2023年,中国航天活动将继续维持高位运行,全年计划实施近70次发射任务".
In conclusion, the 60 figure is by all Chinese launching industry, CASC only planned 50 something which ends up at 48, a few less than planned instead of 16 (12 CZ-2Cs + 1 each of CZ-5B, 7A, 8 and 6C) less as the post I reponded to. Among the 16 only the CZ-6C is a confirmed miss.
