The facility can test:
1. Single engine up to 300t thrust. Or rocket stage of up to 1000t total thrust
2. Up to 100 times of engine tests per year. Or 50 times of engine tests plus 10 times of rocket stage tests per year.
3. Rocket stage up to 5 metres in diameter.
4. [addition] the facility is compatible to both LOX/Kerosine and LOX/Methane engines.

They just launched 5 satellites in the latest rocket launch. Says to contain "high speed laser diamond" constellation system.

Is this space based laser to destroy stuff?
