A paper that gives an overview of China's various planned/proposed constellations.

Plans and proposals for at least 65 constellations have been released by various Chinese entities. According to declarations made to the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), the total number of planned LEO satellites declared by China has reached 80,000.

Some notable/promising constellations include:
– The 'China StarNet' mega-constellation planned by the China Satellite Network Group. It will have 12,900 satellites, to be built at a production plant in Hainan with an annual capacity for 1,000 satellites.
– The G60 mega-constellation by Shanghai SpaceCom with 12,000 satellites, to be produced at the Shanghai Yuanxin Gesi Satellite Factory (上海垣信格思航天卫星工厂), which has an annual production capacity of 270 satellites.
– The Honghu-3 (鸿鹄-3) mega-constellation from Shanghai Blue Arrow Technology Co. It's planned to have 10,000 satellites.
– The Galaxy constellation being developed by Being Galaxy Aerospace Co. Planned size is 1,000 satellites, to be produced at a factory in Nantong with an annual capacity of 150 satellites.
– The Geely Future Mobility constellation being developed by Geely's subsidiary Geespace will have 240 satellites, to be built in Taizhou, Zhejiang.
– The Jilin-1 constellation by Changguang Satellite Technology will have 138 remote sensing satellites, to be produced at Changguan's existing factory in Changchun that has an annual capacity for 100 satellites.

Iran is pursuing partnerships with two Chinese satellite companies (Chang Guang Satellite Technology and MinoSpace) Western security officials say, as it seeks to expand its capability for remote surveillance and intelligence gathering, potentially including high-resolution images of military targets in Israel and across the Middle East.

This is a very interesting launch, CZ-4B/C was only flown from Xichang once (Queqiao) and apparently there are a lot of satellites (or equipment) onboard, like 9+ from CAST, SAST, IAM CAS, MonoSpace confirmed as of now.

Starshield in testing/development speculation

TLE data confirm 9 sats were launched in a 500 x 492 x 35 deg orbit; same orbit as YG35/36/39/42 sats.YG-43 G1 is likely PLA "Proliferated LEO constellation/Starshield" test sats.

So basically, the people responsible for jilin 1 is providing commercially available images to Iran. This likely is most that will be available to other countries. I don’t think China will allow access to yaogan even for Russia.

I am not sure if China has EW satellites. If they can insert J16 or 055 EW technologies into a satellite then I can see a great advantage in the battlefield.

A satellite that could do EW, spoofing and jamming. With a massive constellation of them, it will dent your opponent's missile accuracy big time.

Electromagnetic radiation falls off in intensity at the square of distance.
