The article mentions "Smart SkyNet constellation". This is the first time I've heard about it, does anyone know the details?

How long does it takes to prepare the Chang Zheng-8 for launch after its arrival to Wenchang?
From arrival to ready for launch between 26 days (CZ-7A as example) and 10 days (CZ-8's eventual design target).

CZ-8 Y-1 was launched 6 days after being moved to launch pad (after assembly and test).
CZ-8 Y-2 arrieved wenchang on 2022-01-21, launched on 2022-02-27. That was 37 days. However that 37 days include X number of days on the launch pad waiting for the launch window.

So using CZ-7A's known/stated preparation time of 26 days as the maximum and CZ-8's target of 10 days is a good guess.

CZ-7A is a good reference because 7 and 8 are essentiall the same rocket of different variants, preparation procedures would be near identical.
