NOTAM issued by Ryukyu Airspace Authority suggests that there will be a CZ-3B launch on 11.09.2023.

Any guess on what it will be this time?

Communication satellite Chinasat-6E, a follow-up satellite to replace old Chinasat-6B

Or the long waited TJS-8, the fifth GEO EW satellite, Shiyan-10-3 the third HEO EW satellite

Even perhaps the second GEOSAR satellite to follow up the first one launched months ago.

A design patent on a certain reusable (?) low-orbit manned(?) rocket, submitted by Beijing Institute of Aerospace Systems Engineering, which is a subsidiary of CASC. Which rocket is this?

There are seven engines, and no landing legs.

The most obvious candidate is that it is related to CZ-10A
