It should be noted that SD-3 and ZK-1A have different fourth stage engine, though they are basically the same in other stages.

It looks to me that ZK-1A is the proposed upgrade of CZ-11. In other words, CASC handed over its solid launcher business to CAS (China Academy of Science).
ZK-1A's first stage is 200t, diameter is 2.65m, 700km SSO 1.5t. These parameters matches the proposed CZ-11 upgrade according to the report in 2019.
