Translation... The idea of going into space suggest the most advance science and engineering is involved. The US must not allow the Chinese into space to challenge the West so any excuse necessary must be fabricated to get the world to stop China going into space so that West stays ahead.

What's going to burn into the atmosphere? An engine and an empty fuel tank. A whole lot different from Skylab where it has a lot more to burn away. So is this the part where Chinese evil is genius where they can make lightweight metals so strong that they can survive reentry into the atmosphere unlike everyone else's rockets and not just accuse China of making their rockets out of kitchen tin foil to suggest inferiority?

Can someone explain why the LM-5 is said to have this reentry problem, but it does not occur with the Falcon Heavy or Delta Heavy or previous rockets? What's the difference?

Those have controlled reentry for upper stages I think.
Not all of them are intentionally deorbitted, some of the upper stage that goes to LEO have controlled reentry, those goes to higher obit can become space junk. Some also have uncontrolled reentry but they don't call it that way because it is "acceptable" to do so for SpaceX.

China is set to cooperate with Russia and other interested parties in the project of creating an international scientific lunar station, Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Wang Wenbin told a regular press conference on Tuesday.

"Outer space is an important dimension of the relationships of comprehensive mutually advantageous cooperation between Russia and China where significant progress has been achieved in recent years. The latest Chinese-Russian declaration on creating a lunar station demonstrates the confidence of both parties and their resolve in implementing cooperation in exploring the Moon and deep space," the spokesperson said.

"China is ready to cooperate with Russia and other interested countries, international organizations and partners in building a lunar station to make contribution to scientific research of outer space and social and economic development," the diplomat added.

On March 9, Russia’s State Space Corporation Roscosmos and the China National Space Administration (CNSA) signed a memorandum of mutual understanding on behalf of their governments on cooperation in creating an international scientific lunar station (ISLS). The signing ceremony was held via a video conference.
