Chang'e 5's re-entry accuracy. Coming in at earth at near escape velocity and using a very long skip re-entry to reduce the heat load, Chang'e 5 ended up landing 236m off longitudinally and 1266m off latitudinally from target.

For comparison the Soviet Zond 8 which also used skip re-entry to return from moon was 24km off target. Apollo command modules did not use a true skip re-entry because they never left the atmosphere after re-entering,

It is a comparison of 1970 Russian tech and 2020 Chinese Tech. Better comparison would be Russian and Chinese 2020 Tech for a meaning full insight.

Indeed but there hasn't been anything comparable in all that time. I think the only thing that will use real skip re-entry is the upcoming Orion capsule.

I would give NASA exact 1g of the surface dust carefully chosen for its worthlessness.
Well, it looks like China might be giving 0.00000000g

"The Chinese government is ready to share samples, including data, with all like-minded institutions from other countries," said Wu Yanhua, vice administrator of the China National Space Administration. However, he then called the Wolf Amendment adopted by Congress "unfortunate" and indicated direct cooperation with NASA would probably not occur.

People celebrate the arrival of the return capsule of China's Chang'e-5 probe at China Academy of Space Technology in Beijing, capital of China, Dec. 17, 2020. The capsule was airlifted to Beijing on Thursday night, and the moon samples will be delivered to the research team for analysis and study. (Xinhua/Jin Liwang)

I think CNSA and 国家重点实验室's (National Key Lab) still collaborating with US universities? Can probably share samples with these people but not NASA?

Not quite. The US gave China 1 part in 380,000, so China should reciprocate that ratio. So out of 2,000 grams, China should give about 5.25 milligrams to NASA. Perhaps China should mix it with some filler and press it into a pill for NASA's convenience.
"This pill should NOT be taken orally".

Which makes you wonder how the Apollo capsule survives the heat of reentry with just a single skip. Did the Apollo capsule have a better heat shield technology? If that's the case, why isn't the Orion capsule using it so that it can forgo the atmosphere skipping, or it can even have the capability to do both kinds of reentry?
