I don't think so. Watch this video from about 54:50. I see the ignition started 1 or 2 seconds after T-0.

Strange, I sure I watched Chinese rockets launched like this nz one where ignition is requested at the 4 count. I have a friend on the design team based in Auckland who gave me the reason why but that was at a wedding party and i had too much to drink to remember.
