Last time I've heard of Duterte he was running for Davao City mayor. If he's going to stay in China I wonder who are they going to substitute for him.
(I have to admit that the idea of the elder Duterte staying in China to further irritate those US puppets in Manila appeals to me, especially if he ups his criticisms of Bobong's government. Can't say our puppet government does not deserve a kick to the face.)

Duterte apparently landed in NAIA a couple minutes ago. Lots of cops, dont know if they're there for security detail or to issue a warrant of arrest.

At what charge? he was implicated but no formal charge and ruling and under Philippine law only local court can issue an arrest warrant. Duterte being a lawyer can contest it BUT he didn't, it only show that it was part of his strategy to oust Marcos and sniffer Boy fell for it.
no idea. All I know is Duterte expected this days or maybe weeks before and didn't try to evade arrest. If I were Marcos, I would be very wary as to why Duterte didn't make an attempt to evade.
He is desperate bro, you can sense it. His wife, family and relatives are the one pushing him to act. So being lazy and stupid, typical of him he used his father plan of arresting Ninoy Aquino and praying this time it might work.
