Hence the rumor of mutiny, you had seen the the captain face, he is crying in anger, he can't stand the hypocrisy. My sense is that the Coast Guard commandant himself made the call, bypassing the Chain of Command as Marcos is indispensable as he is partying all night with his new buddy the Duran Duran. You can see the anguish face of the commandant as he personally greeted his troop, and what about Tarriela? he seem defiant BUT his service in the force is numbered, he have NO CHOICE but to there to explain himself to the men he sent to danger, he have lost their respect as he is a political soldier anointed by the American.
Was the crew Hungry like the Wolf?

Footage of how the Pinoys installed a phase array radar on the BRP Teresa Magbanua. Top notch acting though.
Is this supposed to inspire patriotism and honour for bravery/sacrifice? Honestly I would just be ashamed that troops don’t have the most basic of supplies, food and water, in peacetime (regardless of whatever interference China is running). What would happen if there is any conflict? There’s no hope.

Pretty sure the PLA soldiers who guarded small SCS islands in the old days didn't have better food/water than what the Pinoys had on BRP Teresa Magbanua. Look at the chubby sailors who walked off the Teresa Magbanua, it was definitely an act.

Also I'm confused about what Pinoys think about rice porridge. The Philippines is literally a third world country and the main staple grain they can grow is rice. What kind of food do they expect on their little expedition, spaghetti?

Being an act doesn’t change the fact that this video is of dubious propaganda value in my opinion. Instead of resourcefulness and perseverance, I see organizational incompetence.
