They will need to build more dams further upstream.Man, the severity of floodings in China seems to have increased it's severity this year and unfortunately a lot of Chinese folks in Southern China are bearing the brunt of this yearly event. On top of that, it's being alleged on other news report that because the flooding has affected Guangdong province which is a manufacturing hub it'll simply add on the already delayed supply chain that's affecting the entire world.
I wonder, how is the government going to tackle this very difficult challenge.
