Can anyone verify if this speech? It's from a korean website, so I'm not sure if it is true. Could this signal an internal shift in the CPC's foreign policy? It is apparently from a well known hawk in China, and it seems like the CPC underestimated the US and overestimated China's position in the world.

Ah, sorry. The article mentioned that the speech was going viral in China, but my Mandarin sucks. I found a source saying that the Hawk refuted the speech, but the only source was VoA... so I'm going to be a bit skeptical.

I don't know if it's true but when I put his name (戴 旭) on google, I only find this speech on anti-china websites (falun gong, VOA)

What did the UK expect? Just proves how some countries still in their minds live during colonialism. Yeah back then the colonialist could do and demand whatever they wanted and not have to worry about repercussions. I think it was Marketwatch asking why China is being belligerent now? Because maybe you don't see China reacting to others' provocations at fault. This is like how slave owners thought they were the victims when their slaves escaped them.

Why would the Pompeo have to ask again the world when it was already demanded earlier. Doesn't the world blindly obey the US without question or challenge?

Well first and foremost, we lied, we cheat, we steal Pompeo has no creditability in the world.

Yeah, they always mention the world is against China, but forgetting to add it is the "world" in the head!

So the world, uh. In black opposed China's national security law. In red in favour.
