Aren't these just DF-41 TEbod the silo loading vehicle with missile that we've seen in the last few days?

I'm just wondering if I'm missing something because your post makes it seem like they may be new or unseen before?
My bad on the wording, I thought both vehicle were carrying new missiles.

Is DF-41 cold launched? If so, the gas canister and the launch pad might account for a decent part of the missile canister. Leaving the rest of it fairly close to the length of the canister on the new silo loading vehicle.

DF-5C is said to be a massive upgrade over the DF-5B which increases both range and payload but most importantly could achieve similar reaction time or potentially even faster than solid fueled ICBMs in second strike situation.
Their higher delta-V budget probably means they can be launched before getting assigned targets and then get the targets later. Because they can correct for that later, anyway. ABM interceptors already do this to minimise the reaction time. This was why Arrow 3's excess divert capability was marketed so much by Israel. Almost as soon as you get the warning you can launch it in that general direction. Once it gets a better information from the radars, it uses the said excess capacity to attain the correct trajectory.
