I can only rephrase the same ... I have a certain source - similar to the camouflaged J-10CE, which i had almost a week ago - which showed me an image but I promised not to share it. Latest similar surprising news is, the 6th AB at Suixi is getting J-16s.

according to Deino's later comment, this AB is getting an additional dadui of J16 instead of replacing Su35
I wonder if it is J16D to complement EW capability of this AB, or it is just regular J16

maybe it will start off that way, but having multiple flanker types and multiple engine types seem to be a maintenance nightmare long term.

So, in this particular example, in 6th brigade, the unit happens to already have 3 daduis of 8 planes each (24 su35 in total) and if they will add another dadui the total will be 32 for the brigade?
