China will probably not export it, to avoid offending the Russians and because all production will be directed at refitting PLAAF. Exporting a platform capable of making long range strikes is also diplomatically sensitive. Exporting a much more defense-oriented fighter like the FC-1 is not as much so.

i don't see the likelyhood of Pakistan getting the J-11B anytime soon, but if they want a bomber aircraft with decent payload and range, then the JH-7A would be pretty ideal with its price tag much lower, and no embargo's or re-exporting issues would be at hand.

legally under the sino-russo arm agreement, China can not reexport the aircraft to third countries.and can not station the aircraft near Russian border.

For the sake of argument, which sino-russo arm agreement are you talking about? If it's the Su-27/J-11 agreement, one can argue that J-11B does not use any parts from Russia and is therefore not covered under the agreement. Having said that, I believe it makes more sense for PLA to export J-10 (as multi-role fighters), as it is more competitive (compared to J-11B) for the following reasons:

1. Won't tick off Russians
2. J-10 won't be competing directly against Su-30MKx, and is a relatively cheap upgrade to the J-7 market.
3. Chengdu has a lot more experience in dealing with export market than shenyang. A lot of markets already uses Chengdu's J-7 export and FC-17.
4. There's been very little interest from other countries in purchasing Chinese-made flankers, partly because superior Russian-made flankers are available.

I don't think the R-77 is superior to the SD-10 at all, in fact, its the other way around, at least for the Chinese developers. Of course they would be biased, but reasonably so, since they have access to R-77s for real testing. According to the developer of the PL-12/SD-10, the PL-12 is ahead of the AIM-120A/B, R-77, and MICA but behind that of the AIM-120C. In range there is no difference between the MKK and the MKI and I think the MKK has the advantage because its rear structure could hold slightly more fuel.

In terms of radar, the KLJ-4 should be superior to the N001 and various variants, about equal to the Zhuk-MSE, but behind that of BARS and IRBIS.

I would say at least Russian made Flankers are superior in Engine (TVC)
I wouldn't rely on that, the TVC engines on MKI only have a meam time between overhaul of less than 100 hours. Not something you want to have in time of a war.

To be honest, most of the latest Russian stuff are vapourware, only the Indians are willing to test their luck on them.

China first still has to fill the domestic demand for J-11Bs, and even after that, there will be competition from the J-10s for the WS-10As.
