I had been wondering the same thing about the grey radome, i forgot to ask, so that is the J15? I can't see canards but they might be there....the engines look a little different than WS-10s....

The front landing gear at least doesn't seem to be double wheeled (which is usually compulsory for carrier landings, no?). The tail spike is definitely shorter.
Also, looking at pics of it taking off into the distance - is it just me or do the wings look... different?maybe I'm seeing things... could be the angle of the shot.
The plane looks like it has some form of canard, on the picture showing it on its side I would say it looks similar to the PAK FA's movable LERX 0.o And what the heck is that grey stripe on the edge of the wings? Garrr so many questionsssss...
(The J-10B prototype had a grey radome, and apparently J-10B has AESA... maybe J-15 is planned to be equipped with AESA as well? But I've no idea of the colour of the radome has anything to do with the type of radar a plane uses >_>)
Radar signal must be able to pass through in both directions in order for the radar to work. The J-10B radar may be designed with steath in mind, allowing radar signals to pass through it in only one direction.

Right that moment again from =GT .... seems confirmed !! :china:
IMHO, it seems to be an j-11b, perhabs an variant. However if it is j-15 i dunno.
