Is there not a way to ban a repeat offender by his IP addresses? Better yet, combine an IP address ban with a block on his useless fanboy Youtube channel, if such an option is available.

You can easily block an IP address but if the user doesn't have a static IP it is not going to mean much. The webmaster could ban an entire range but that would mean legitimate users of that range will also get banned.

And nowadays, most internet providers use dynamic IP address allocation, mine has been dynamic from about 3-4 years ago

Honestly the build quality on the Chinese Flankers appears to be very high,,, I'm very please with the refinement the Chinese seem to have brought to the Flanker,,, I really think it is more than "skin deep",,,,

I have been "hands on" with several Soviet era Fulcrum's and they are frankly rather rough,,, some of that could be that they have been hauled around on freight trains,,, etc, etc...

Even the skin is better constructed. I think they've fully mastered the flanker platform now like they did with the MiG-21. Both iconic and top of the line fighters when they came out. Chinese absolutely LOVE the flanker. Who can resist those curves and angles. Remains the best looking fighter today in my opinion. Makes sense they want to completely absorb it and do things to it. Nice things, like adding their own avionics and sensors, making cabin Chinese and updating those analogue designs. Only recent SM models have caught up to J-11b in digital modernisation. Su-35 is a leap above. Even structure has been changed along with full FCS and fly by wire. Next stop for sino-flanker is to do what Russia did with the Su-35. Having it will offer a lot of insight into what can and should be done.
