One more. Not a large once but nice nonetheless (notice the PL-12s).

This is the first J-11B to be equipped with the WS-10 Block 2 (137 kN) engines.

I thought there is a so--called Black * Tai Hang out there.
Perhaps, Black * Tai Hang is the uprated WS-10A * 137 KN.
Just to double check ... ...
Is 137 KN a Dry Thrust or an AB Thrust ?
What is the engine Thrust / Weight ratio ... ... ?

Are 2 pictures below the same J-11BS with
the same 137 KN * WS-10A engine ?

Well, in the first picture, the right engine has on piece painted, unlike the left engine. In the second picture, no such thing. Beyond that, can anyone see something that point to WS-10 "block 2" ?

What a beautiful bird...
Yeah. su-27 is a beautiful plane. Despite having first flew almost 40 years ago, it still impresses.

I wonder if this touch-screen MFD will make it into a Sino-Flanker variant, and if so, which variant it will be.

J-16 single piece F-35 style cockpit.

The single piece cockpit display definitely seems to have some features indicative of a flanker airframe, however phoenix tv and cjbdy also seems to be speculating about the similarities as well... we do not know as of yet if J-16 actually does have such a display in its cockpit.

It would be quite a revelation of it was, as this would be one of the rare instances in which a very key part of an Air Force funded combat aircraft's cockpit is shown in clear daylight to the public before actually being seen aboard the aircraft itself.
