J-20/J-10B/J-11D have radars from NRIET, while J-16/J-15 use radars from 607th Institute.

NRIET = Nanjing Research Institute of Electronics Technology
LETRI = Leihua Electronic Technology Research Institute (607 Institute)

1): Are both NRIET and LETRI producing 4th generation AESA radar now ?

2): Based on your own estimate --
How many AESA T/R modules does J-11B & J-11D have ?
1760 or 1856 T/R modules or even more ?

3): What kind of packaging technology do they use ?
Do you have the pictures of T/R packaging from NRIET and LETRI ?

4): What kind of T/R modules cooling system do they use ?
Is that Liquid Nitrogen cooling system ?
Do you have the pictures of T/R modules Cooling system from NRIET and LETRI ?

5): Is that possible to turn off J-11B and J-11D radar and network them with KJ-2000 or KJ-200 AWACS fleet ?

indigenous domestic Chinese processor named Spirit Chip # 1 (Hun-Xin Yi-Hao 魂芯一号), which is more than six times more capable than similar western chip in 2003

6): Does this Spirit Chip # 1 (Hun-Xin Yi-Hao 魂芯一号) help miniaturize the T/R modules ??

Many thanks for all your help in advance.

I doubt radar generation corresponds with fighter generation. That being said, the J-20's AESA radar has been built by NRIET already. Don't know about the J-31's AESA radar, though.

2): Based on your own estimate --
How many AESA T/R modules does J-11B & J-11D have ?
1760 or 1856 T/R modules or even more ?

I am fairly certain that the J-11D's array will have more than 1760 T/R modules. One of the reasons why NRIET was chosen over LETRI for the J-10B's AESA tender was because it could pack more channels into a small radome. Hence, given that all Flanker derivatives have the same radome size, a radar from NRIET should have more T/R modules than LETRI's 1760-channel radar aboard the J-16. J-11B does not have AESA yet.

3): What kind of packaging technology do they use ?

Sorry, these haven't been revealed yet.

4): What kind of T/R modules cooling system do they use ?

I think both NRIET and LETRI use GaAs transistors, but this could have changed by now. Cooling systems are secret.

5): Is that possible to turn off J-11B and J-11D radar and network them with KJ-2000 or KJ-200 AWACS fleet ?

All modern fighter aircraft should be capable of network centric warfare. PLAAF has its own secure datalink to do so.

6): Does this Spirit Chip # 1 (Hun-Xin Yi-Hao 魂芯一号) help miniaturize the T/R modules ??

You will have to consult someone with greater technical expertise than me.
