IMHO that looks like a MiG-29 Fulcrum.I notice on Chinese sites they like to be vague. I found this and mentioned differences but not what.
Maybe something new. I've checked my library of pics to see flankers at this distance and you can see the sting on them. Here there's not much of what you normally see of a sting. Looks like no rails on the wingtips either. The resolution is bad but maybe flat nozzles too. Is this the stealthy flanker that's been mentioned in the past.

Hmmm .... could be simply:
a) a RC-model or another toy
b) a ps-job
c) the rumoured "Silent-Flanker"
d) another unknown type
Even if I for myself hope for either c) or d)... I have to admit I expect a) or b)

from the silhouette it doesn't look like a MiG-29. you can tell from the front fuselage as well as the horizontal stabilizer
Hard to tell from that distance, with the lack of photo detail. While it could easily be a RC model plane, it's unusual for an enthusiast to paint it the same yellow primer colour used for the J-10 and J-11 series pre-paint job.
OTOH, it doesn't look overly stealth either, apart from what appears to be a visibly reduced ('flatter') air intake section than a typical Flanker or Fulcrum variant.... only time will tell if we're in for another surprise!
