You said the birth rate "almost disappeared". What basic elementary math would teach you is to look at the axis. The green axis showed 10.48 at the bottom, which probably means 10.48 million birth, instead of 0.

It's basically super zoomed in. If it was a scale from 0 to 17 millions, the is drop won't be alarming at all.

Remember the goal is to reduce birth up to only 2 years ago, they they achieved their target.

China is in HUGE trouble. Check the green line on the Bloomberg's chart showing the Birth rate. See that DRAMATIC DROP in the past 5 years. See it on the last 2-3 years, it almost disappeared!

CPC is at fault for ignoring the problem. As you can see on the chart, it was clear by 2000 that the Birth rate was rapidly decreasing and they did NOTHING to combat this. Genocide!

Personally, I think there are some serious ways.

Start MASS PROPAGANDA on families, marriage, child birth, child care etc

Start discriminating on gov jobs based on number of children.

Start offering mass tax incentives for children. More Children = less taxes.
Less/No Children = More taxes

Start eliminating the toxic "996" culture

Start free childcare

Start parenting leave (actual not just on book law that gets ignored)

Etc

Thats what I though in just 5 minutes, there many other proposals

I am telling you, there is no way for such a system to work. This is what has already been happening in the West, the Old are eating the future of the young. The young are slaving away to sustain the rising costs of the older population

China has better start working on it NOW.
