China Rescue and Salvage Bureau, it is a Civil organisation subordinated to the ministry of transport for live-saving, salvage of vessels, wreck removal etc. The vessels and crews are unarmed and not military trained.

Wish there was a picture of the stern. The lounge is posh but also seems to have a large number of loose items that would be all over the place in rough seas.
